We are looking for organized and creative Videographer to work with our Video Production team to plan, film and edit video content according to client briefs. We expect our Videographer’s responsibilities to include ensuring that the necessary filming equipment is available for use, directing other camera operators on set, and editing film footage.
To succeed as a Videographer you must be able to understand client briefs and work creatively to produce the desired product. A good Videographer should stay up to date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more marketable.
Responsibilities:
- Filming videos on set or on location.
- Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.
- Visiting locations and taking a series of test shots before deciding on the angles, filers, film stock, framing, equipment, lighting, and techniques that will be used to create the desired atmosphere of the film.
- Planning the shoot with the creative team and the client.
- Editing footage in post-production may require sometimes.
- Direct other camera operators so that the needed footage is acquired.
- Keeping up-to-date with advances in the film industry and attending workshops and training sessions wherever possible.
- Report to the head of video production team on a daily/weekly basis.
Job Qualifications:
A Proven experience working in the film industry.
A passion for film, good eye for detail, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
The ability to work long hours and spend time away from home, and working in a tight schedule.
Proficiency with different editing software.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with camera equipment.
