The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with our client’s online community in a way that builds brand awareness. In addition, they will work cross-functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives to communicate effectively with the audience.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Content & Strategy Specialist to generate social content that will drive communications.
  • Plan social content and maintain a content calendar.
  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media accounts.
  • Respond to the audience on time.
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Job Qualifications:

1- 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related role.

Hands-on experience with social media management.

Knowledge of online marketing.

Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver.

Excellent writing skills

Creative copywriting.
