Client Servicing Executive

Chickmania is looking to hire a Client Servicing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote the client’s brands and work closely with clients to understand their needs. In addition, this individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
• Work with the internal team to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
• Getting new leads and clients for the department.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.

3-5 years of experience in the same field and preferably in Marketing Agencies.

Should be comfortable working with social media platforms, spreadsheets, and any required tools or software to organize the work.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (Both Arabic and English)
